Curated by the British Library, this captivating exhibition chronicles the evolution of fantasy literature and art, from ancient folk tales and fairy stories to gothic horror and live action role playing games inspired by fantasy worlds. It offers a rare glimpse into the creative processes behind some of the most beloved fantasy realms while exploring the genre's profound influence on film, gaming, and art. 

Fantasy: Realms of Imagination showcases a stunning collection of objects including historical manuscripts, rare first editions, drafts of iconic novels, scripts, maps, film props and costumes. Visitors will have the unique opportunity to view works of legendary authors such as J.R.R. Tolkien, CS Lewis, Terry Pratchett, Ursula K Le Guin, and many others, alongside pieces from the British Library's extensive archives.

Includes over 150 objects from the British Library and private lenders, as well as 25 films, audio-visuals and interactive content.

A minimum space of 400m2 is required.
